Full job description

As a leading HVAC service company in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, we have an immediate opening to join our growing and dynamic team. This is an in-person position at our Dieppe, NB office.

As CSR, you will be focusing on providing personalized support to our customers through outbound calling initiatives. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers directly, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance, resolve issues, and provide information about our products/services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with customers through genuine interactions, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently, offering timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and resolutions.
  • Performs related work as required.

Skills/Experiences/Qualifications

  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must have enthusiasm for customer service and understand the requirements of genuine customer commitment.
  • Must exercise professional telephone etiquette and e-mail correspondence skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player yet work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must be French & English bilingual.
